To help us find the right caregiver for the job we use Care Profiler. Care Profiler is our hiring tool that we use to help identify the people who are the best fit for our team and clients. It is designed to assist Southern Helpers with hiring the people who are capable of creating meaningful connections with clients, residents, and consumers.
