Southern Helpers companions and sitters offer companionship and assistance with daily living activities. If our client is living alone and family visits are limited, social interaction becomes critical to their happiness and helps prevent depression and isolation. Whether they require a little fun or assistance around the house, Southern Helpers can help. Some activities that our companionship or sitters may be involved in are: General conversation, assisting with activities (scrapbooking, games, gardening, sports), general shopping, running errands, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming and dusting, meal preparation, washing dishes, caring for plants and pets)
